Forget to also make it clear that I VOTED "NO" on the proxy originally given the fact that we had No Guidance going into first vote! However things have changed ie: Toxic financing resolved/Patents issued/Control of myotech etc. I stated earlier in the week that i have changed my "NO" vote and thus have rendered a "YES" vote. So once again i look at the WHOLE picture fellow shareholders.

The picture and FUTURE of Biophan hasn't been brighter for all of us shareholders imo. Good Luck to all of us and may we ALL PROSPER in a huge way for all of our LONG SUFFERING PATIENCE in our Biophan investment. No more posts for a while take care everyone. MBD
