It has been brought to my attention that OUR BI-POLAR resident basher is NOW on the side of Biophan NOT needing additional shares! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!!

First it's going to be MEGA-DILUTION just wait and see! I told ya so, to now company doesn't need any additional shares for any type of deals. How do you know? Are you an INSIDER? Hmmmmmmm...

People don't be fooled!!!!!! Sunpooper is trying to lay his BIGGEST poop to date on naive shareholders. WE DO NEED additional shares for the company to continue their avenue of JDP's/aquisitions/clinical trials etc. It doesn't take a rocket scientists to know this.

However our resident basher has now flipped the script helping out the POWERS that be to discourage any and ALL shareholders of rendering a "YES" vote on authorization for aditional shares! DON'T BE FOOLED!!!!!!!! Render your "YES" vote today if you haven't already. Then put SUNSPOTTER on IGNORE!!!!!!!

Once again we "NEED these shares issued to continue putting all the peices of the puzzle together. SOMEONE/or SOME GROUP of people are trying DESPERATELY to do anything/everything to discourage the passing of this vote.. Ask yourself why? Could it be the SEWER RATS wanting to take over the company for good? I don't know! But i do know SOMEONE is trying to "STOP" the authorization of these additional shares.

Why is OUR resident BASHER so insistant on encouraging shareholders to vote "NO"! We all know he has bashed this company for years. He wants to SAVE us from mis-management, however he has NEVER owned one single share! He posts here CONSTANTLY responding immediately to any and all POSITVE posts!

He is either working for the "POWERS" that be. OR he needs to be locked up in a MENTAL institution!!!!

Funny now that company has money in the bank, TOXIC FINANCING resolved, New patents issued/allowed with more on the way. On going dialogue with several countries, in talks with potential JDP's/aquisition prospects etc. However OUR resident BASHER wants us as shareholders to render a "NO" vote at this CRUCIAL time in OUR companies history. Fishy to me don't ya think?

However we as shareholders can STOP them dead in their tracks by passing the Authorization of the much needed shares.

I BELIEVE in current management and MY investment in Biophan any support MY company anyway that i can..other than misleading fellow investors.

Those who know me, know that i have had harsh words for the company in the past when i didn't agree with what was going on, as well as giving encouraging words and support when they were doing the right things.

OUR company is on a "MISSION" doing ALL the right things at the right time, we FINALLY see the light at the end of the tunnel analogy.

Management are DILIGENTLY doing their part to INCREASE shareholder value! As shareholders they need OUR continued support. Please support and encourage others to do so as well.

In closing do your part as a shareholder DISGRUNTLED or NOT it will benefit ALL shareholders in the VERY near futuere. Sorry for the long winded message and thanks for listening.
