I thought there may be various reasons for them to offer the trade but now I am certain that there is only one.

They don't want us to sell. They are going to do something and they want us to be not able to sell. Not that we can sell now but they think they can get the PPS off the no bid and does want us dumping and bringing it back down.

That is the only logical reason I can think of.Welllll, there is one more...R/S.

We are going to see something as soon as the deadline expires.
They would not go to all this trouble and waste the time.
