From this example it appears that the cause may be EC/QMLM "leaking" or unknowingly letting other parties know maybe about the reverse split. This would make sense, given the animosity between the parties in the BK and how EC seemed to rely on shares for everything.

So lets say he let it known prior to the R/S, to encourage the adoption of his settlement agreement. That's good cause for a Wells Notice.

BTW: I'm keeping my $10 on the bet, unless you accept QMLM stock.
