John....I don't believe that it is the company that is selling. Most likely the old company and venders who were paid in shares as these people have no stake in the company - they just want $$$$ ....Have a call into the company and will share info as I get it. Looking for more dry powder as this is a good buy now ...AMHO....Joe.
