Actually Threeflight, I have seen this on other OTCBB stocks before and I don't believe they are executed transactions, maybe she filed them ahead of time in case she was able to close the deal in that time frame. We have no idea. All we know is that no insider sales were actually executed. That is why I wanted some further insight frm Dale. Thanks Dale and Scotch
