2) GlobeTel has been charged with fraud by the SEC(along with 5 former employees).

3) GlobeTel received a Well's Letter from the SEC(the SEC has said they may revoke GTEM's trading).

4) GlobeTel was delisted by the American Stock Exchange.

5) GlobeTel was evicted twice.

6) GlobeTel is getting sued for unpaid bills.

7) GlobeTel's chairman(P. Kostro) sold ALL his GTEM shares.

8) GlobeTel was sued by it's shareholders, and shareholders won a $2.36 million settlement.

9) GlobeTel hasn't sold a single "Stratellite" or any airship.

10) GlobeTel has no revenues.

11) GlobeTel has gone from over 50 employees around 2 years ago to less than 10 at last count.
