I do not doubt that the Nols have some worth. But Wamu, at this moment, is a nonviable company. All the assets of a nonviable company must be reduced, starting with real estate-if there is any - ending with Nols. A german company normally pays 30-35 % tax. Why should they pay 35 % for Nols of another company ? Where is the profit? If they do so, they don`t pay more than 15-20 % at the maximum. I think it`s pretty similiar in America. Apart from that, there are many Nols coming on the market, now and in the future, e.d. prices will go down ! Nevertheless, I am a shareholder of Wamu, as well as of Wamp and Wahu and I belief in the story.
