Good point, don't know about catch-up.

I'll tell her to research.

Can't recall the details of the last recession.

I was looking @ an old DOW chart one day. Seemed to be a relatively sharp rise from 4000 to 7500-8000 area. So if it doesn't hold 7500-8000 area, possibility of further hurtin.
