Snackman, I am from the planet that says preferred holders are more secure than common owners in the event of illiquidity. Which for all we know may be soon.

I see this scenario as possible: Illiquidity, vendor reactions to insolvency and forced bankruptcy. Preferreds bailout Wave's debts and remain the only owners. Sure hope the courts put it up for sale in the event this happens.
