I see a brief discussion about "preferred shares" VS "Common". If Preferred shares are going to be offered, I suggest the core base of loyal shareholders pool some money and demand participation. This company owes that courtesy to those that kept this company alive over the years. Some one needs to step forward and represent you all so if this company makes it, after all the blood sweat and tears, you all get something from it. I will pledge 10 grand...Just a drop in the bucket, but if we are really close to break even, lets get our pint of blood....CL
