The shareholder letter is a complete joke.

On the one hand they publish 2 Million net profit for the last quarter, but on the other hand they have 762 USD cash and want to sell more shares directly to shareholders.

For me this sounds like extortionate robbery: Buy our shares direct from HCPC or we can no longer pay our monthly bills even with 2 Million profit/quarter and have to declare bankruptcy.

With 2 Million profit/quarter this should trade at least around 1 cent, but they have to prove that the money is real and not only exists as a number on manipulated financials.

PPS is 0,0001, so market doesn't believe one single word from the company!
