Do yourself a favor and read up in the IBOX who these "dopes" are. I think you will be impressed with what they have done with similar companies in the past. While I agree this does not give them a blank card to sit idly on their hands, this is not a quick pump and dump scheme and is more an intermediate-hold penny play.
