you admit that the PR is, in your words, "lean" yet you seem to be extrapolating all sorts of positive inferences from the fact that the company hired a lawyer who formerly worked for the SEC ENFORCEMENT DIVISION.
is it possible that the "problems" cited by the PR are not necessarily things which will send your zillions of shares "to da moon"?!?
IMO it is irresponsible to suggest that this PR, by itself, indicates that things are bubble gum sunshine cotton candy.
sometimes there are other reasons why people hire badass lawyers...
if Urban hired Mark Geragos would you speculate it was to ink a book deal?
