Could this be the start of the squeeze? I particularly liked the quote from the lawyer:

"We have been retained by the company to resolve the problems it has been facing, AND WE EXPECT TO DEVOTE SIGNIFICANT EFFORTS IMMEDIATELY
TOWARD THAT GOAL." As in, massive and undeniable actions about to begin :)

At first I was concerned that their might be new legal troubles that we were unaware of, but as I re-read it, I am reassured by thewording "to resolve the problems it HAS BEEN facing". As in, not new problems.

We shall see.
