This company is broke'they talked about getting two million based on a five cent share price'hell why lent monies when you can get in on the open market much cheaper. might take a little longer getting the number of shares you want but the price would be right.
If a company makes a promise and does not keep it or it turns out to be half truths share-holders lose faith and new investor will in time hold back.
If the monies are not here by months end' will right this one off as experience.
