Sorry to say it but Im kind of hoping that UVSE takes a dive tomorrow so that I can pick 15 to 20 million shares for that situation. If not then oh well, lesson learned. Lets hope for good things. Billy seems like a good guy and I would hope he wouldn't do this without a good plan.
