Assuming the A/S increase is legit, perhaps the substantial increase is to complete a new acquisition. Per speculation, but maybe UPDV is the acquisition and that is why it has been rising lately for no obvious reason. If not UPDV, there may be some other acquisition, and that may be what Raley is saying we will be very pleased about. We should know soon, and I hope sooner than later.
