Today’s CC was I believe the longest, as far as I can recall, and the most detailed in answering current shareholders questions. SS spent a lot of time answering questions from individual share holders. Most companies end their CCs within a half hour of start. SS assured that breakeven would likely happen by Q1 2009. There was even the possibility of BE occurring in Q4, 2008. SS also noted that shareholder confidence played a big roll in the current stock price and that the share price was only about 15 cents away from a base requirement for NASDAQ rules. He also noted that though current cash was light, a new Dell royalty check was pending based in part on higher valued software packages. For those who sell into this news tomorrow, there will be buyers. Some cash will need to be raised for the short term, but with the current prospects, the picture 3-4 months from now looks to rapidly improve.
