Oh my.

Morgan Stanley has refuesed by buy offer, something about the state of alabama and me owning to much already...something about a Blue law....anybody know of this?

Blue Skies law. It probably means that CMKX isn't registered to trade in Alabama. If you want to know exactly what's going on, call your State Securities Division.
