I wouldn't say that just yet based on the success of one licensee, HTC. IDCC will probably be looking at sequential quarterly decreases from major licensees' Sharp and NEC. HTC should help offset some of the expected decrease from these Japanese licensees. Infineon's per unit 3G chip royalties on the Apple iphones should also help 4th quarter revenues sequentially. RIMM should help a little, but not all that much sequentially, since they are not expected to have a significant increase in quarterly sales. I suppose we will have to wait on 4th quarter revenue guidance, before we can get a clear handle on how all these different moving parts will ultimately impact IDCC's total revenues.
