I think you are right about people dumping WAMUQ to buy the preferreds, but I personally don't feel that the common stock will get wiped out. I did sell some WAMUQ to buy some WAMKQ last week, but I did it to diversify,not because I was scared. I hold half WAMUQ, and half WAMKQ.
