I agree with you croumagnon. It very much appears that Cox is laying the foundation to secure his future with LFB. It looks to me that Cox will hand over the IP to LFB and then take a position within LFB leaving the shareholders of GTCB with nothing.

Cox has done nothing to explain the rational why we should vote in favor of such a disasterous agreement. Please provide some explanation Cox. You owe this to the current shareholders.

I believe that it would be in our interest to vote no on this action and force GTCB to close the doors for a few months, while retaining ownership of our IP. Once we get Atryn approved then sell the IP to a U.S. based entity. We should also try to initiate a proxy vote to oust Cox.

Just my opinion, but I would ask someone to convince me to vote yes. Please.
