For the record, I am voting my remaining shares against the deal because like you, nivasvs, I got really burnt by Cox's inadequacies at sailing these waters and, like you, I am doubly mad because I troo recommended this stock to many of my family and friends and they all got burnt also. I agree with you that it is one thing for a biotech to fail based on trial results but this was not the case and it all has to do with mismanagement in this case...

I am really surprised that Cox is still at the helm of this company after this. If we vote for the deal, then we will probably be tortured between now and June at which point LFB wuill probably take us over for a song (possibly around $0.3 per share). If we vote against it, then we could run the risk of bankrupcy but I do not see LFB letting that happen at this stage, so my guess is that someone (possibly LFB) will step in and buy the whole thing at that point and probably for a price better than we would get next June...
