"Can I unfreeze a frozen stock that has dropped below 25 cents??"

I was asked this question via PM. Here is the answer.

Just as you can buy a stock you couldn't buy before if it is now over 25 cents, you can't buy a stock that you could buy before if it is now under 25 cents.

An freeze is no different than a sell. There is no special on-going relationship with the stock.
