If there is a huge naked short as has been rumored, and if UC has been giving the MM's an opportunity to cover and do the right thing....

Then their (MM's) current actions (today) should be proof that they have no intention of voluntarily doing the right thing. They seem to be continuing their manipulative activities at the expense of the company and shareholders for their own profit. With all the JV partners going up and we (CMKX) are the only one going down, this lends credence to the MM manipulation theories.

I was going along with the idea that we (CMKX) should give them a chance (didn't like it but understood it) to set things right.

Well not anymore!

Screw them (the MM's) I now say. If there is a plan to force their hand and possibly get them in trouble, then I say UC please do it and let the chips fall.
