Help! I am using XP Pro with a P4 3.2 Puter. Last thursday my modem was struck by lightning. I have tried all normal fix its such as a new modem, a new network card and general "repair"through XP. My computer shows I am connected to the Net, but the computer will not engage WWW. I tried switching the modem to my laptop with exactly the same results. Any ideas?
