It is becoming increasingly obvious that COPI is QUIETLY accumulating some of the largest names in the telco industry to partner with. These relationships WILL foster revs.... and most likely.... a lot of them... their toxic finance period is basically behind them which ate a ton of their top line in the past and has diminished significantly over the last q's...

There are no PR's to trade around. There are no rumors. the spread is usually to large to risk playing with and the volume is too small to hide in....
