Ely..go back and look at level 2 if you have it...look at the trades at .0004 You will see that its around 10 million that was traded...and do not rush to judgement that it was a dump...it could have been a large buy and MM were looking for some action so they went downa and got it...notice how the ASK jumped right back to .0008 after that trade...dont be suprised if you see a .0008 trade go thru in a few min either.
