Nonsense. INOV wasn't shorted, naked or otherwise. There're plenty of shares to go around.

that's what happens when there is a nakid short...
they have "ISSUED" shares to ME that they DID NOT HAVE !!!

You didn't insist on ordering certs by any chance? If not, it was probably just a screwup.
