Not now, baby. You just turn things upside down. WMI is in B.K processing. If company buy back preferred and common stock, what do you think the creditors? Isn't that mean you paying shareholders first,put creditors last? YOu don't understand what is chapter 11 real for ? WMI shall and has to buy back(payoff) creditors debts first.
