RvR, I agree. The traditional Red and Blue are simplistic, but divisive groupings. One color for the majority in the mainstream, and one for each of the extremes (or combine them under one color, and let them fight it out amongst themselves) sounds nice, and more balanced. Discussion, and debating points should lead to consensus, but we have gotten so entrenched in believing that any divergent idea is a threat that must be annihilated, or we are somehow personally demeaned, that it has become a 'one side wins it all', or nothing gets done situation. I have been around long enough to see the changes taking place, generation to generation, and believe me, there is HOPE, lots of it. The open discussion points today were the unmentioned, but existing, points of fifty years ago. Just ignore the extremes, even if they are what sells the papers, and get featured on the evening news, and focus on all of the good things about this land of ours. May everyone have a pleasant voting experience.
And may our HCPC stock survive, and we prosper.
