Rockie, hit the nail.

My understanding is if there is money left after debts paid the company can not cancel the common shares.


There is money and there will be assets for wamuq. We have all know that the cash out weighs the debt. This is why we all predicted a 1pps +. Wamuq is under reorg and will not leave out common shareholders.
