The LAW FIRM doesn't make all that much difference, IMO. All the chit chat of this law firm accepting CMKM as a client is kind of riduclous, when you think about it. Law firms are in the business to make money. CMKM came up with a retainer fee. That's the only reason this firm took CMKM as a client! $$$$$ speaks. That's the rule with ANY law firm. They don't sort out clients because they may or not make it! That's a ridiculous theory. The guy is getting his hourly rate and that's the end of that. CMKM paid the retainer. I'm glad we hired a good firm, but if anyone thinks they wouldn't have accepted us if they thought we were a risky business, they're very misguided.
