Wave Systems, a concept led by concrete-shoes elite folks who somehow believe the times are never a changin'.

The intersecting curves of Wave's cash-balance/cash-flow will make it puntitve for Wave to continue to fund using the vehicles they have previously deployed.

I know, I know, one big customer ... blah blah blah., me thinks those big customers currently think that their greatest assest is not software security, its not hardware security, its not credit resources, ... they greatest asset is cold hard cash.

And today, right now, that greatest resource is not to be spent on a new technology that nobody else has (plausible deniability).

So to heck with Hippa and all them thar other thimemjiggers (including HS presidential directives, DoD requirements and so on).

Tis all on hold.

And hence, Wave is too little too late.

THey will survive, but the company will be almost entirely subordinated to preferred class holdings, and the current common can line up for a dime to a buck a share, and my ears are open to somebody who has a common split adjusted position below a buck.

The above content is my opinion.
