Possibly, more so that there is no clear endpoint here. And no clear outcome. A lot of nonsense about a buyout, which I don't believe will ever happen.

The best case scenario I see here, is that after everything is said and done this comes out of BK, the shares stay intact, and it resumes business operations and grows from that point. Could see a few dollars per share in a year or two.

Worst case this is halted, and delisted, and common is wiped out clean. That is the scenario JPM and the FDIC wants imo, WMI is struggling to stay alive in someway.

I would flip this stock on green days, buy back after a few red days if you are going to play it. Or buy a position and forget about it for a year or 2, maybe you be surprised...

But short term this will not see over .08 again.
