It must have been a problem with my Schwab Streetsmart software. It kept showing the last sale at 19.08. In the meantime the bid and ask kept streaming up to 19.58 yet not sales were being recorded. Decided to restart the program and now it is working ok. Anyone else with Streetsmar experience the same problem?
