Yes.

We meet all requirements to list on the AMEX now under standard NUM 3. There is no PPS REQUIREMENT for this one.Either listed as a US Company or a Foreign one.A minimum of $3 applys for all the others.

And that's very odd. Do you think it may be an omission on Amex's part?

Can you name any stocks that were listed on Amex when they were selling for less than $3? Any subpennies?
