'average investor', I know that they (scottrade) will sale cmkx for you, but I am wondering does anyone recall ever having stottrade buy cmkx for them because if they have bought cmkx at one time, but now refuses to buy it, this implies to me that something fishy is going on between scottrade and the mm.
