LOL...WHO inquired ? Answer : NOBODY inquired because nobody caught wind of ASFX suing and subsequent counter suing in their DD search ......

You may be premature in your piss and vinegar posts, Acc.....read much of what is being discussed on the ASFX board by calmer heads, instead of spewing disinformation on the boards with a knee jerk reaction....just a thought.

We don't know the whole story yet, however, it looks like ASFX is doing the initial suing....NOT the other way around......

Tomorrow will be interesting.....now of some people who will be looking to ADD on this golden opportunity........LOL!
