DVAX-Year Lows Now w/ No Bad News

This company is now at a 1 year low from no new bad news at all. This company is evaluating it's financials and I assume looking for a Buyout. The company has enough money to survive to 2011 without making any moves so they have CASH.

I think once NEWS come (believe Tomorrow) this could shoot back up to like $4.00
