YES,the ica court is the supreme judgment system on our planet,they're the court of icc,the body who estblish how bank payment and warrants and guaranties are made,in every l.c. you read done in conformity of icc 400,500,any 100's RULES,if we were the actor not the defendant probably we could PROBABLY have gained 10 to 30%, but the american legal coulture find hard to understand the logic and the power of ica,their sentences are executive(they actually can take directly monies from your bank acc.lol)even if usa is one of the founding gov, of the institution.
