Look adpt, it has debt, but they have so much cash they could pay off their debt and still have so much cash that when you divide the net cash by the total number of shares you get a cash value higher than the stock price before todays sell off.

The caveat is if the ecomony is so bad they do not sell anymore products, they will go into a cash burn stituation.

Look at VIGN, they have no debt. I think today their stock price may fall below their cash per share value.

I have not screened all stocks, but use a stock screener to look for stocks with a debt to equity ratio of <0.01 and a positive PE to start with, then narrow further. I have not check stocks like Coke (KO). Look for companys that have products people will continue to buy and are likely to not go out of business. If you find any of those with low to no debt and cash on hand, to where their share price might drop below their cash value, they could be very good long term buys.

Again, I think it will be at least 2015 before we see any true steady turn-around. I think that will come at least bu 2020. To bad I might be dead by then.

Good luck to all. I will try to scan some stocks and provide better examples.
