If there are 1.5 billion shares out; 600 million which are held by executives; and the rest that open to the market, my calculations tell me that the if BNPD was to do, let's say 1.5 billion dollars in rev. -- a possible number that has been done bby other companies -- the share price would only go up to $1. Now please correct me if I am wrong but wouldn't there need to be a share buyback from Bionic in order for this stock to move into an actual dollar figure? Or let me know what calculations you would be able to come up with in order to explain to many of us how this stock is poised to budge, being that it is so heavily diluted - 1.5 billion is a huge number by any standards.
My main concern is having an understanding about the companies plans to make this a share price that becomes reasonable enough for people to start speaking about it seriously. At .0013 it would be hard to justify to anyone who is an institutional buyer that purchasing 1 billion shares of all of this would only cost you a million dollars. I myself own a large position in the company something over 2 million shares but I can realistically say that there is no way I would become a millionaire from this stock - or anyone else for that matter - given the way the share structure is set up right now. Please explain what Bionic plans/could do in order to make this stock move into dollar territory, not overnight or a year but even in the long term.
