Well if they sit on their hands and not issue anything else we at least know that on the 4th of Nov ACLE will have a bunch of shares trading where it really does not have any right now. Everyone with Dividends what ever the quantity that might be will be able to set a value. With that said any company with some brains would not allow angry stockholder destroy their value. So we should see some good PR's and clarity by or before the 4th of Nov. As well as some clarity about the ratio. They could be spreading the news out so they have something every day till then but who knows. GL
