Quite silly and makes you wonder, rescheduling a shareholders meeting? Most of the time you hold only one and have it available by conference call as well. If this is a roadshow then for example why would you have it at a Hotel near Laguardia Airport at 7PM on a Thurday (most bankers etc., start leaving now for the Hamptons on Thursday night!) when security is already an issue and those in the city are not going to leave it simply for the hassle? This story gets weirder by the day!
