At this point no one knows, we have to wait for the company to give us a PR that lets us know where we stand or wait until the 10Q is released in a couple of weeks. Yes, share buy backs is a stupid move at this time as they'd just become available to convert into and would be counter productive as long as CD holders remain. We may indeed burn through the remaining A/S shares to continue conversions, but without knowing how much debt has been serviced at this time, it's hard to say whats next.
