Im not sure how they are working it, I have asked myself that question. My personal belief is that the 1.5 bil shares is not enough and they will have to find alternitive ways to pay. This is tricky stuff, you never now what there going to do, I suggest share buy back at this low price but someone said that was silly. Again this is the unknowing of the pinkies. GLTL
