Hard to tell at this time as the FDIC and a Noteholder's group want a piece of the $4.4 billion. The BK court will decide this next week on 10/27.

Tomorrow, we should know something about the liability on the credit default swaps and which WAMU entity is liable.

So, if WAMUQ gets a large portion of the $4.4 billion and other assets are uncovered, the WAMUQ pps is in good shape.
