In any good merger the SP will always migrate towards the perceived value of the company post merger. The SP here is speaking volumes. The only positive thing I can say is that the current SP is tainted due to the ineptness of whomever is responsible for delaying this. Unfortunately the reality is that we are currently closer to being a 'another jr that couldve been' than we are to a 'holy cow that was a fun ride'! Hopefully that changes.
